A choice of AI workflows
Use available on-device AI or connect approved external assistants according to your organization's policies.
03
Context people can reuse
Search conversations, review cited answers and retrieve meeting context through compatible MCP assistants.
A focused evaluation
Prove the workflow where it matters.
01
Choose a useful starting point
Begin with client discovery, product reviews, expert interviews or technical handoffs.

Check supported Macs, capture permissions, recording policies and the AI services your organization permits.

Review real outcomes
Evaluate how easily people find a decision, check a source and prepare a useful follow-up.
Clear choices
Know the setup before you begin.
Which computers does Zimlo support?
Zimlo is a Mac app for supported Apple silicon Macs running macOS 26 or later. Transcription needs a supported speech locale and its downloaded local assets.
Where does meeting content go?
Transcription and the library are local. External assistants may process retrieved text with their own providers. Chosen exports can send content to other destinations.
How does MCP fit into a team's workflow?
A compatible assistant can search and read the user's saved meeting library when asked. The local connection exposes read-only meeting tools.
What should we review for an evaluation?
Your recording and information-handling policies, supported devices, approved AI services and how users will review and share the meeting record.
