Who provides Zimlo.
Operator and contact
Zimlo is provided by Jaden Woofter, a sole proprietor based in Kansas, United States. For questions about Zimlo or these terms, email jadenwoofter@gmail.com.
These terms describe the intended Zimlo purchase and license. Live purchases are not currently available.
Using Zimlo.
Your Mac and permissions
Zimlo requires a supported Apple silicon Mac with macOS 26 or later. Recording and system-audio features require the corresponding permissions. Speech assets and optional local models may require downloads.
Recording and review
Tell participants when you record and follow the requirements that apply to your conversation. Check transcripts, summaries, speaker names and generated answers before relying on them.
Your license.
One person, one Mac
A Zimlo license is for one person to use the app on one Mac. It is not a shared, team or site license. Contact Zimlo about licensing questions or a change of Mac.
The one-time purchase does not promise lifetime updates or ongoing support for any particular period. Any included product, update or support details will be stated with the offer.
Purchases and optional services.
No Zimlo subscription
The regular price of the planned Zimlo Mac app license is $39.99 USD as a one-time purchase, plus applicable tax. The launch price is $19.99 USD through 11:59 p.m. Central Time on November 30, 2026. There is no recurring Zimlo subscription fee. Review the product and total amount shown at checkout before completing any purchase once sales are enabled.
Separate services
Optional assistants and connected services use their own accounts, terms and costs. Connecting one does not change how Zimlo transcribes locally.
Checkout and refunds.
Lemon Squeezy as merchant of record
Lemon Squeezy has been selected as the merchant of record and authorized reseller for anticipated sales. Once sales are enabled, purchases will be made through Lemon Squeezy, while Jaden Woofter provides the Zimlo software license and product support. Checkout, payment, applicable tax and transaction handling are subject to Lemon Squeezy’s Buyer Terms.

Refund policy
Zimlo does not offer voluntary refunds. This does not limit refunds or other rights required by applicable law, or refunds available or issued under Lemon Squeezy’s Buyer Terms and refund policies. Lemon Squeezy retains its own refund discretion as merchant of record.
