Privacy Policy

Your information.
An understandable policy.

How Zimlo handles your meeting record, optional connections and information you choose to share.

Effective date: October 8, 2026.

Who is responsible.

Zimlo and your information

Zimlo is provided by Jaden Woofter, a sole proprietor based in Kansas, United States. Jaden is the operator responsible for information supplied to Zimlo through this website and support requests. Contact jadenwoofter@gmail.com with privacy questions.

This policy distinguishes the meeting content you manage in the Mac app from information you supply through the website, support, or a future purchase. Optional service providers handle information under their own policies.

Your meeting record.

Local recording and transcription

Zimlo records and transcribes on the Mac. Transcripts, notes, summaries and saved actions are held in the local library. Audio is retained when you enable that option.

Optional assistant processing

On-device assistants process locally. When you select an external assistant, relevant text and context may be sent to that provider. Automatic summaries use the selected provider.

Voice profiles

Remembered voices contain the name and voice fingerprint you enroll. They are held separately from conversation backups and have a Forget control.

Connections and copies.

Exports and connected services

Chosen exports and enabled workflows can send conversation content to their configured destinations. Connected services have their own account settings and data practices.

Deletion and retained copies

Deleting a conversation removes that saved local record and retained local media. Earlier exports, backups and shared copies must be handled at their destinations. Saved chats, voice profiles and provider records have separate controls.

Website, support and future purchases.

Website contact submissions

When you submit the website contact form, the information you provide is stored in WordPress and forwarded by email to Zimlo. Jaden uses those submissions and related correspondence to respond to your request and manage product, demo, licensing or support questions. Do not send payment-card details, passwords, or private meeting material that is not needed for your request.

You can also contact Zimlo directly at jadenwoofter@gmail.com. Email messages and forwarded contact submissions are processed by the email services involved in sending and receiving them.

Website and email providers

This website is hosted by WordPress.com. WordPress.com and its service providers may process technical and visitor information needed for hosting, site operation and security. The information processed also depends on the features enabled on the site. See Automattic’s Privacy Policy and its Privacy Notice for Visitors to Our Users’ Sites.

Zimlo’s contact email uses Gmail. Google’s processing of email is described in the Google Privacy Policy. These provider policies cover their services broadly; linking to them does not mean that every feature they describe is used by Zimlo.

Lemon Squeezy checkout

Lemon Squeezy has been selected as the merchant of record for anticipated Zimlo sales. Live purchases are not currently available. When sales are enabled, payment and billing details will be entered through Lemon Squeezy’s checkout. Lemon Squeezy will handle transaction processing, applicable tax, receipts and payment-related records under its Privacy Policy and Buyer Terms.

Jaden may receive the order and customer information needed to manage a purchase, license, delivery or support request, such as the purchaser’s name and email address, product purchased, order identifier, payment status and related correspondence. Providing checkout through Lemon Squeezy does not send your local meeting library to the payment provider.

Requests about website or order information

To ask about, correct, or request deletion of information you have supplied to Zimlo, contact jadenwoofter@gmail.com. Explain which request or order is involved without sending payment-card details. Information held by an independent provider is also subject to that provider’s procedures and applicable legal requirements.

Deleting a local conversation does not delete a website contact submission, support email or purchase record. Those are separate records from the Mac app’s local library.
