YOUR MEETINGS, IN YOUR AI WORKFLOW
Less explaining the backstory.
More getting somewhere.
Connect a compatible assistant to your saved Zimlo library through MCP. Find the conversation, read the source, and give your next piece of work better context.
THE ANSWER. AND ITS SOURCE.

Your chosen assistant. Your original context.
01 Your local library
02 An optional MCP connection
03 Your chosen assistant
START WITH A BETTER QUESTION
Your next brief already has a backstory.
Ask your connected assistant to find the latest project conversation, explain a decision, or identify what is still open. Then inspect the source behind its response.
Find the right conversation.
Search your library by topic, project, or title.
Read what was actually said.
Retrieve transcripts, saved actions, annotations, and revisions through read-only meeting tools.
Start the next draft with context.
Use the retrieved material in a brief, research synthesis, or follow-up you review.

A CONNECTION YOU CHOOSE
From a saved meeting to a useful answer.
MCP, the Model Context Protocol, lets compatible assistants request information from connected tools.
01
Connect your supported assistant.
Open Integrations in Zimlo and configure an installed, supported MCP assistant.
02
Start fresh in the assistant.
Open a new chat or restart the assistant as its setup instructions require.
03
Ask, then check the source.
Name the project or conversation you want to explore. Review retrieved passages and timestamps before using the result.
MORE WAYS TO KEEP WORK MOVING
Separate choices. A connected routine.
01
Calendar context.
Use calendars available on your Mac to see upcoming meetings and give new recordings a relevant title. Calendar access is read-only.
02
Practical file exports.
Take transcripts, summaries, and notes into your documents and project tools. Caption and audio exports depend on source timing and retained media.
03
Optional cloud delivery.
Account sign-in and automatic exports are separate choices. Connecting an account does not upload your existing meeting library.
